For Maintenance Cleaning Only:

Product and Equipment we need : We will provide all the cleaning supplies (green and pet friendly) except for the vacuum .We understand that every home is different and might prefer use your own products, we can work with it too. A Vacuum (can be rent for 25$).Also if you want to have your own personal cleaning items to keep a “Package Cleaning” that included (8 Microfibres cloths, 2 Non scratching sponges, 2 Scotchbright heavy duty sponges, Green Liquid All-Purpose Cleaner) can be purchased for a fee of 20$.

Vacuum Policy: To ensure the highest standard of cleaning, we require a functional vacuum with a continuous run time of at least 15 minutes. If you do not have a vacuum available, please let us know in advance and we can bring one with us for a fee. However, if a vacuum is not provided or requested, our cleaners will sweep hard floors but will not be able to clean carpets. In the event that we are unable to vacuum due to lack of equipment or advance notice, no discount will be provided. However, you can include a vacuum request in your next scheduled cleaning appointment.

NB: We kindly request that you refrain from directly requesting any additional services from your cleaner without prior approval from management. This is to ensure that our cleaners are able to operate within the agreed-upon scope of work and to maintain consistency in service delivery.

Health and Safety:
We would like to take a moment to remind you of our cleaning policies for your safety and the safety of our staff. Please note that our cleaners are not equipped to handle all types of body fluids or biohazardous materials or hoarding cleaning. For safety reasons, we cannot clean or dispose of any items that pose a risk of infection or harm to our staff.
We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you require any special cleaning services or if there are any biohazardous materials that need to be removed. 

For Move In/Out and Deep Cleaning:
We provide all the cleaning supplies.

We are Pet Friendly: If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home.

Quality Control and Social Media Privacy Policy:

We prioritize your satisfaction and privacy. Our cleaners will take isolated, neutral pictures (ex:sink,toilet,stovetop…) solely for quality control purposes before and after, excluding any personal or identifiable items. Rest assured that we handle these pictures with complete confidentiality. While we may occasionally showcase our exceptional cleaning services on social media, your privacy is paramount. If you prefer not to have your space featured, kindly inform us, and we will fully respect your wishes.
Cancellation Fee and Extra Charge:If you need to make changes just let us know more than 24h before your scheduled cleaning and we will happily reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24h notice will be charged an $80 cancellation fee. This fee will go to cover employee wages for the missed cleaning. We believe in fair equitable employment and still pay or employees for missed cleanings as this event is beyond their control. To cancel a cleaning you can go to your profile picassocleaning.launch27.com or please send an email or Text, calls are not acceptable. With email or text methods there is a time stamp and we find this works best for all.
You can have an extra charge of 25$ for each 30min extra than the cleaning time recommended. (Example: 1bedroom cleaning 2h30 recommended, if the cleaning goes over 2h30min you will be charged an extra 25$ every 30min.

Can’t get to your home: In the event we cannot get into your home we will try to reach you immediately. If we cannot make arrangements to allow us into the home within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 80$ for sending the cleaners to your house apply to you credit card.

Picasso Cleaning is insured and bond: Yes Picasso Cleaning is insured and bonded.In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours at info@picassocleaning.ca .All of our workers are interviewed and pass a detailed background check.
