IN EVERY ROOM WE WILL : Our meticulous cleaning process entails: removing dust and debris from accessible surfaces, sanitize all the surfaces, tidying up, disposing of trash and recycling, and giving floors a thorough vacuuming and mopping. Ceiling fans dusted, Dust furniture and electronics
IN THE KITCHEN: When it comes to the kitchen, we take care to wipe down countertops and cabinet exteriors, ensuring appliances gleam as we clean their exteriors, and even pay special attention to the inside of the microwave and stovetop.
IN THE BEDROOM: Our commitment extends to carefully making the beds, creating an inviting ambiance. Furniture dusted – top, front, Trash Emptied, Floors vacuumed and/or washed (under bed if accessible).
IN THE BATHROOM: we engage in a comprehensive scrubbing and sanitization of toilets, sinks, and showers, while mirrors and glass surfaces receive their own dedicated attention. Towels are thoughtfully arranged, reflecting our attention to detail. Floor mopped

NB: Any additional time or service beyond what is listed must be approved by management prior to your cleaner arriving- Please do not request any additional services to the cleaner directly as they will be unable to provide this unless a prior approval.

Please note that any requests for additional time or services beyond what is listed in your service agreement must be approved by management prior to your cleaner arriving. Our cleaners are not authorized to provide any additional services (inside fridge, inside oven…)unless prior approval has been obtained. This includes tasks such as deep cleaning, organizing, or other services that go beyond the scope of the original agreement.

We kindly request that you refrain from directly requesting any additional services from your cleaner without prior approval from management. This is to ensure that our cleaners are able to operate within the agreed-upon scope of work and to maintain consistency in service delivery.

We will provide cleaning supplies, also you can purchase for a small fee our Picasso Cleaning Pack that you can keep for your future cleaning (microfiber cloths, sponges, all purpose cleaner green, Swiffer duster). We don’t travel in crews, our cleaners may drive their own vehicles, take a bike or maybe public transit. Everyone’s needs and decors are different. Marble countertops? Antique wood? You may have a speciality product you prefer. Don’t worry our cleaners will be more than happy to use your product as well.

Vacuum Policy: To ensure the highest standard of cleaning, we require a functional vacuum with a continuous run time of at least 25 minutes. If you do not have a vacuum available, please let us know in advance and we can bring one . However, if a vacuum is not provided or requested, our cleaners will sweep hard floors but will not be able to clean carpets. In the event that we are unable to vacuum due to lack of equipment or advance notice, no discount will be provided. However, you can include a vacuum request in your next scheduled cleaning appointment.

Yes Picasso Cleaning is insured and bonded.In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours at info@picassocleaning.ca .All of our workers are interviewed and pass a detailed background check.

In the event we cannot get into your home we will try to reach you immediately. If we cannot make arrangements to allow us into the home within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 60$ for sending the cleaners to your house apply to you credit card.

Yes! After you complete your booking with Picasso Cleaning, you will receive an automated booking confirmation email. If you have any special requests, notes or need to change your appointment you can change it into you profile this will need to be done with at least 48h notice.

We understand that things come up from time to time and for that reason we offer a flexible booking policy. If you need to make changes just let us know more than 48h before your scheduled cleaning and we will happily reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48h notice will be charged an $60 cancellation fee. This fee will go to cover employee wages for the missed cleaning. We believe in fair equitable employment and still pay or employees for missed cleanings as this event is beyond their control. To cancel a cleaning please send an email or Text, calls are not acceptable. With email or text methods there is a time stamp and we find this works best for all.

You can have an extra charge of 25$ for each 30min extra than the cleaning time recommended. (Example: 1bedroom cleaning 2h30 recommended, if the cleaning goes over 2h30min you will be charged an extra 25$ every 30min.

Yes, we do require a credit card on file at the time of booking. We will place a hold on your credit card for the amount of the cleaning prior to your service appointment and you won’t be charged until after the cleaning is complete. If a hold cannot be processed or you do not have a credit card you may pay 50% of the payment via e-transfer 24hours in advance upon the cleaning .

At Picasso Cleaning, aside from cleaning our top focus is our people. We spend countless hours finding the right people, checking references, completing background checks and our team members complete through training and test runs before we bring them into your home. Once employed, our standards are maintained through an ongoing program of training and supervision. We also appreciate your feedback!

We have a 24h clean guarantee! Our cleaning points are clearly laid out and we guarantee that they will be completed. Picasso cleaning professionals take their jobs very seriously, we all want to make sure you are happy with your cleaning experience with us.
Good cleaning takes time and depending on the level of detail your space requires, the cleaning could take longer than your original booking. This is why we like clients to meet with their cleaner upon their arrival and do a walkthrough of the property. It’s also not a bad idea to return back to your home before the cleaners have finished if you would like to do a walkthrough before they leave.
If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss any concerns. We recommend you take photos and from here we will set out a solution based plan which may include a stop by to re-clean areas of concern or if this is not possible a discount* on your next cleaning.

*Discount will be in alignment with the concern noted.

Morning cleaning visits are scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 12pm.

Afternoon visits are scheduled for a 1pm to 4pm arrival.

Depending on the location and size of your home, we may be able to make slight adjustments to these arrival times. Contacts us with any special requests for arrival times.

Note: Cleanings exceeding 5 hours must be scheduled for morning arrival.

We Accept all major credit cards, e-transfer and PayPal as acceptable payment forms, recurring visits will require Credit Card information to be provided and kept on file in a secure AES 256-bit protected database.

We love animals, but they don’t always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home.
